This tool is the reaction time demo of the sleep-2-Peak app, which allows you to discover what sleep schedule and what periods of the day are associated to your peak mental and physical state. This is obtained by entering simple data before doing a 2 minute reaction time test. Reaction time variations of an individual have now been demonstrated to be highly correlated to the variations in mental and physical capacities, as was demonstrated by scientific research.
By using sleep-2-Peak, you will become aware of alertness variations beyond what you can feel and you will discover how powerful your schedule choices can be to boost your performances naturally.
Marc Therrien, neurologist and sleep specialist and Daniel Gartenberg, PhD student at George Mason University in the Human Factors and Applied Cognition program, built this application based on the best of sleep and peak performance science. This includes the Marc Therrien sleep project in which he recorded his sleep with a polysomnogram for over 800 nights in association with numerous mental and physical daily measures.
